Description
Richlink is a multifunctional app that combines B2B trading, networking, and community interaction into one platform. Users can post needs, discover business opportunities, set up online shops, and connect with buyers or sellers through direct and group chats. Beyond commerce, it also fosters social connections, enabling users to build partnerships, grow their businesses, and even make new friends — all within a single, integrated space.

From Jan to Apr 2025, I worked on Richlink as part of a capstone-style design project. Over the project time of , three months, I went through the complete UX process — from initial research and problem framing to ideation, prototyping, and final design.This case study highlights the creation of Richlink, a multifunctional app designed to combine B2B trading, e-commerce, and social networking into one platform. The project showcases my ability to design a seamless experience that helps users trade, connect, and grow their business communities.
